This is one of the most famous waterfalls, located on Madurai - Kodaikanal road, en route Kodaikanal. It is seasonal and flows in full force during monsoon. It clearly sets the right mood for your holiday. It is indeed the best place for photography, picnic or just to have a relaxed evening.
At Pillars Rocks, you can see three granite boulders that are standing vertically shoulder to shoulder amidst untouched packets of dense rainforests. This the most famous tourist spot in Kodaikanal, very well known for rowboats and pedal boats which can be hired at the Kodaikanal Boat Club. Horses and bicycles can be hired beside the lake for short periods. It's a great place to take an evening walk too.

Berijam Lake is located about 23 km away from the Kodai bus stand, it is one the most popular tourist spots in Kodaikanal. The lake with its refreshing setting and lush greenery around makes for an amazing picnic spot. It requires a forest pass for entering the area.
